Expressing of Complaint, Command, Request and Suggestion

What Is Complaint?


Complaint is expressions of "displeasure" in response to an action that is seen by the speaker as unfavorable

 
Here are expressions you can use when complaining:
I have a complaint to make
I want to complain about ...
Excuse me but there is a problem about ...
I'm angry about ...


Example  of  Complaint
Excuse me but you are standing on my foot.
I want to complain about the noise you are making
 I'm angry about the way you treat me.

Responding to complaint
Positive response to complaints:
I'm sorry, we promise never to do the same mistake again.
Negative response to complaints:
We are sorry but the food is just alright.

Command is a sentence that expresses a command.
Commad in use for older people to younger people.
Exp. Don’t Disturb!
*if the sentence is not a verb, at the beginning of the sentence add "be“
Exp. Don’t be  lazy girl!

Request

 
Request is a command. but more polite.
The sentence starts with the word
“Would”
“Could”
“Can”
and ending word
“Please”
Exp. : Would you help me please?
Can you get me a glass of water Please?

Suggestion
 
Suggestion is a solution intended to solve a problem
 in a sentence to give suggestions :
  Using modal
Should
Ought to
   Using phrase
Why Don’t You
You had better
Exp :
Should
You should study hard.
Ought To
You ought to write a letter to me not to him
Why Don’t You
Why don’t you go home now?
You Had Better
You had better brush your teeth
